Absolutely delicious homemade Romany Creams
Ingredients
- 300 g butter soft
- 250 ml caster sugar
- 620 ml coconut
- 500 ml flour
- 50 ml cocoa
- 5 ml baking powder
- pinch salt
- 100 g chocolate
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork or spoon
- Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes
- Cool on the tray
- Melt the chocolate and sandwich the biscuits with melted chocolate
